Choose between a half-day session (up to 4 hours) or a full-day session (4-8 hours) for headshot station coverage. Our services include capturing all images in high resolution, meticulous file organization (with files renamed according to the individuals in the photos), a standard commercial usage license, a comprehensive lead list containing contact information in Excel or CSV format for all photographed individuals, and individual model releases for everyone photographed. Headshots can be distributed to each person through private galleries or as a consolidated gallery, tailored to your specific requirements.
Additional Headshot Station - Half Day $1500 - $3000
Should you require more headshots than a single station can accommodate, or if time constraints necessitate a faster pace, incorporating an extra headshot station ensures that everyone receives a high-quality headshot within the allotted time. Additional stations also contribute to minimizing wait times for attendees.

On-Site Image Selection - Half Day $500 - Full Day $900
With on-site selection, our team assists participants in choosing their favorite image immediately after their session. This ensures each person receives a personalized headshot in private galleries and to the company. Selected images can also undergo retouching for an additional fee.
Basic Retouching for All Headshots - Half Day $500 - Full Day $1000
Enhance the attendee experience by offering basic retouching on all delivered images. Blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening are included for all images.
Hair and Makeup - Half Day $550 - Full Day $950
For an added touch, provide an on-site hair and makeup station. Participants can opt for a quick touch-up before their photo session, eliminating stray hairs and reducing facial shine for a polished look in the final images.
Enhanced Retouching - $18 per image
Offering extra retouching for participants, Enhanced Retouching includes hand-retouched headshots with corrections beyond basic retouching. This may involve stray hair removal, glare on eyeglasses, wrinkle and lint removal, and background replacement.
Social Media Content - Half Day $1000 - Full Day $1800
A dedicated team member creates social media-friendly content for your marketing team, including vertical video for Instagram, cinematic behind-the-scenes footage, and stills, delivered daily.
Custom Scheduling - $250
For events with executives or VIPs, provide a custom calendar for designated guests to efficiently obtain a great headshot without waiting in line.

How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?

Do the photos from events need retouching?
The need for retouching depends on the intended use of the images. For a headshot station designed to enhance the value of an event, we typically do not recommend it. Utilizing lighting, posing techniques, and optional professional hair and makeup touch-ups, we ensure that the images look excellent straight out of the camera. However, for images intended for uses beyond platforms like LinkedIn or Teams, we recommend adding retouching to ensure everyone looks their best.
How are the images delivered?
The delivery options for images are flexible. We organize the images by renaming files with the individual's name, facilitating easy retrieval. For instance, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. Once organized, we categorize them into individual galleries per person, delivering either individually or collectively based on your preferences. All files are delivered via email, and we are adaptable to specific FTP or upload systems if your company requires.
Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
Both options are available! The headshot station can operate on a first-come, first-served basis, while advanced scheduling is also accommodated for executives or VIPs. A combination of both approaches is recommended, allowing team members to update headshots without waiting in line and providing other attendees with the opportunity to enjoy the experience.
